This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions Policy.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-store pickup is available for Local Pick Ups. Pickups are available Monday - Sunday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm at the West Lyfe store (729 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs - CO)
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
UPS Standard Shipping flat rate(s) will apply on orders under $100.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We do not offer express, overnight, or same day shipping. We only offer standard shipping. Please refer to our FAQ page, Why don’t we offer express shipping?
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
We ship orders received in 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Our outgoing shipments we be shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order was received and an order shipped notification with a tracking number when your order ships. If you placed an order and did not receive the order confirmation or order shipped email, please look in your spam folder then contact us at email@example.com. Orders are shipped using UPS, If you do not receive your order in 10 business days from the ship date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make sure you get your products.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Products must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. , and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Damaged and/or worn products.
